ARTWORK

Email us your artwork to request a quote. Based on the shape, colors, complexity, etc., we can determine the best price for you.

MATERIAL

Decide how thick you’d like the foam to be.
Recommended for pool floats: 2″ thickness.

DECIDE THE WIDTH OF THE POOL FLOAT

Pool floats generally come in these sizes:
4′ wide, 5′ wide, 6′ wide, 7′ wide, 8′ wide
We can produce any kind of custom sizing you prefer.

COLOR OR PATTERN

Are you looking for a pattern or solid color? We can print the edges and face of the pool floats to match any color you desire. We can also apply a custom print to the face of the float for any specific patterns.

QUANTITY

Let us know the quantity of each pool float for bulk discounts and an accurate quote.

APPROVAL

Once we have the artwork, size, color details, shape, etc., we will provide you with a proof and quote and wait to get your approval on both.

PRODUCTION

Once we have payment and approval, our designers will prep the artwork file and send it over to our CNC machine for precise cutouts of the foam.  From there, it will be tweaked and perfected by our Fabrication Manager as well as hand-painted (if requested) and/or a custom print applied to the face (if requested). If needed, a frame will be built to connect the various elements of the float (such as in the case of two words being connected).

SHIPPING

All of our pool floats are properly packaged carefully to avoid any dents or damage in shipping. We can ship our pool floats nationwide with satisfaction guaranteed.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

We can deliver your pool floats in the Greater Los Angeles area.

If you would like us to install your pool float, we will fasten weights to the float and our Professional Installer will dive into the pool and position the weights at the bottom of the pool so the float stays in the area desired for maximum readability and impact.
